Corrugated paperboard through die-cutting, indentation, nailing or gluing into corrugated boxes. Corrugated box is one of the most widely used packaging products, and its consumption is always the first of all kinds of packaging products. So what are the requirements of corrugated box for strength? Today, I'd like to take you to know:
1、瓦楞紙板強度要求

1. Strength requirements of corrugated board

1．1：邊壓強度：順著瓦楞方向，單位長度瓦楞紙板壓饋前所能承受的受力。單位： N/m.

1.1: edge pressure strength: the maximum stress that the unit length corrugated board can bear before feeding along the corrugated direction. Unit: n / m

邊壓強度=表面原紙綜合環(huán)壓強度+綜合瓦楞紙環(huán)壓強度*收縮率

Edge crush strength = surface base paper comprehensive ring crush strength + comprehensive corrugated paper ring crush strength * shrinkage

一般邊壓計算依原紙環(huán)壓強度計算（可靠），實際測試值會適當大于理論計算值。

Generally, the calculation of edge pressure is based on the minimum ring crush strength of base paper (safe and reliable), and the actual test value will be appropriately greater than the theoretical calculation value.

1．2：耐破強度：單位面積瓦楞紙板破裂前所能承受均勻增加的外力。單位： Kg/cm2。

1.2: bursting strength: the maximum external force that the corrugated paperboard can bear before it breaks. Unit: kg / cm2.

紙板破裂強度=面紙破裂強度+中格紙破裂強度+底紙破裂強度

Breaking strength of paperboard = breaking strength of face paper + breaking strength of medium grid paper + breaking strength of base paper

*因制造過程會有一定強度損失，實際測試的破裂強度會小于計算值1 Kg/cm2左右。

1．3：戳穿強度：新的標準GB6544-1999已經(jīng)取消了對紙板戳穿強度的要求。（原標準GB6544-1986）

2、瓦楞紙箱強度要求：

2．1：邊壓、耐破、戳穿同紙板。紙箱邊壓強度會比紙板邊壓強度要低（因制造過程的瓦楞損失）。

2.1: edge pressing, bursting resistance and puncturing are the same as those of paperboard. The edge crush strength of the carton is lower than that of the cardboard (due to the corrugated loss in the manufacturing process).

2．2：紙箱抗壓強度：（普通箱型，對應(yīng)箱型代號：0201）

抗壓強度=邊壓強度（N/cm）*凱里卡特常數(shù)F

F值取決于紙箱的周邊長，2*（長+寬）cm.以及瓦楞楞型。兩項目確定后，F(xiàn)值可以查表。實際上的抗壓強度測試值與紙箱長、寬、高的比例有關(guān)系。同樣周邊長、同樣材質(zhì)楞型的紙箱：高度越高、抗壓越小；長*寬的底面積越大，抗壓越大。

In fact, the compressive strength test value is related to the ratio of carton length, width and height. For the same material, the longer the corrugated bottom is, the smaller the compression area is.

3、機包箱抗壓強度=對應(yīng)普通箱型的抗壓強度*0.6*1.62*搖蓋寬/紙箱寬 。

4、紙箱、紙板的粘合強度（瓦楞成型的剝離強度而不是接舌處粘箱的粘合強度）。分離單位長度紙板面紙與瓦楞紙所需的力。

單位：N/m楞。行業(yè)標準統(tǒng)一規(guī)定為大于588 N/m楞.

5、堆碼強度與抗壓強度。

紙箱所需抗壓強度=[紙箱毛重*（堆碼層數(shù)-1）]*系數(shù)K。前部分為紙箱的靜態(tài)堆碼強度。K值取決于印刷版面的多少、開孔程度、內(nèi)包裝物性質(zhì)、貴重程度、倉儲運輸時間、條件等。K值一般取2—5。

The required compressive strength of the carton = [carton gross weight * (stacking layers - 1)] * safety factor K. The front part is the static stacking strength of the carton. The value of K depends on the number of printed pages, the degree of opening, the nature of the inner packaging, the degree of value, storage and transportation time, conditions, etc. The value of K is generally 2-5.
