1、 Can shelf load: plastic pallet goods use shelf load, pay attention to the following points:

1、貨架種類，不同貨架對塑料托盤的載荷要求是不一樣的，普通的橫梁貨架，如果增加層網(wǎng)等裝置，可以減少塑料托盤負(fù)荷，降低整體成本;有些貨架類型如后推貨架等，塑料托盤并未懸空存放，也對塑料托盤載荷有比較寬松的要求。

二、可堆垛性：很多貨物在存放、運(yùn)輸或暫存時，為節(jié)省占地而采取貨物堆疊的方式，2層甚更多層，這要求多盤底部與貨物接觸時足夠穩(wěn)固，通常會選用田字底或雙面塑料托盤來解決這一問題。

三、可套疊：空塑料托盤碼垛和回收時，可套疊塑料托盤會節(jié)省存放空間，具有一定斜度空腔的九腳塑料托盤，可以套疊。

四、四向進(jìn)叉：很多用戶沒留意到雙向進(jìn)叉和四向進(jìn)叉的區(qū)別，雙向進(jìn)叉塑料托盤的縱梁沒有斷點(diǎn)，可以節(jié)省用料，整體成本會低很多，但沒有四向進(jìn)叉會影響很多物流環(huán)節(jié)，可能會導(dǎo)致物流成本增加，甚造成重大損失，不可不注意。

4、 Four way forking: many users don't notice the difference between two-way forking and four-way forking. The longitudinal beam of two-way forking plastic tray has no breakpoint, which can save materials, and the overall cost will be much lower. However, without four-way forking, many logistics links will be affected, which may lead to increased logistics costs, and even cause heavy losses.

五、防滑性能：防滑性包括塑料托盤盤面防滑，針對叉車搬運(yùn)的叉齒防滑，以及針對地面、輸送機(jī)等的底板防滑。通常來講，木塑料托盤防滑性能都很好，塑料材料防滑性能較差，一般要加防滑裝置，如防滑墊、防滑條等。這里要注意，防滑條因?yàn)樨炌ㄋ芰贤斜P表面，防滑效果較好;如果是防滑墊，一定要考慮其排布是否適合自己的貨品尺寸，而且頂鋪板和底鋪板下也要有叉齒防滑和底面防滑，以及針對諸如輸送機(jī)這類的設(shè)備防滑，都要詳加考察。

六、周邊設(shè)備友好：塑料托盤是否為打包帶的捆扎，為裹包膜的捆扎，為輸送機(jī)，為條碼讀寫設(shè)備，為光電掃描設(shè)備，為搬運(yùn)工人等等，做過相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)考慮?購買一款塑料托盤，要加以考慮許多功能要求，更要與周邊設(shè)備匹配。
